One of my favorite bands.. actually one of the bands I often listen to when I'm painting. Had a tough time thinking of an idea and then decided to go with music for once and illustrate a speed painting of Coldplay. I chose to use a different type of illustration, basically add a certain color feel to it rather than go for the pure 100% realistic approach. I hope you guys enjoy this type of style! Since my final touches don't show for those interested, I used basically red and yellow and used them in the color layer style, on top of using a lens flare for the background.

this is very good, but their heads appear to be slightly bigger than their bodies. also, the drawing/painting of the guy in the sunglasses seems unfinished or not as detailed compared to the rest of the drawings/paintings. other than that, it's very good. the shadows/lighting are very nice looking, and you did a very good job with the hair on the guy on the right. forgive me if my cnc isn't very accurate or clear. i'm not very experienced with painting, but no one else has commented so far surprisingly, so i decided to throw in my two cents.
