Bill Clinton is the most popular guy in school. The man. Certain to be Valedictorian. Everyone wants to be his friend, hell everyone just wants to be around him. He's loved by everybody in school. He's such a hot commodity that he often goes to certain parties or events just to give speeches. Whether it's a frat guy's party, some nerdy event, it does not matter to Bill. He goes wherever there is any sort of interest to give his speeches. People love to hear him speak.

And while he does do it out of the kindness of his heart, he always gets some sort of compensation in return. From every single group. So while his life is going great so far, there's several rumors going around school that Bill's cheating on his amazing girlfriend. This is Bill here at another event where he's getting hounded by people after a speech he's given as he vehemently denies such disgusting accusations.
